ITV x won't connect on my sky glass

Hi @PeteB_ 

 

You will need to provide some more information... What do you mean won't connect? I.e can't sign in? Can't playback content? Have you tried powering cycling your Glass? Have you tried rebooting your router? Has it ever worked? 

 

i would say try a full power cycle to begin with and try refreshing apps in the settings (Settings > system management> resets & updates > app refresh) but not this isn't instant and can take up to 24 hours.
