Channels not loading

From yesterday evening I have been experiencing issues with Sky channels. I was watching sky tennis hd and I observed there was some issue with the playback speed. Later in the night and this morning none of the channels are loading up. It says please wait and as I wait it says there is a technical issue. Also, from yesterday evening when I press three dots button, it says app not available please try later.

Hi @Bab93 

 

first thing to try is pulling the plug for 5 minutes. This normally fixes any gremlins in the system . It's also worth rebooting your internet router as well.

 

if there's still an issue after the reboots there are more troubleshooting steps to take including trying an Ethernet cable between the glass tv and router
