Poor broadband- No/pixellated image

broadband running but delays, pausing, pixelating and live tv such as a football game goes back to the start of the program without pressing anything. 
I have done all the usuals. Unplugging everything from TV through to router etc, but still having major issues. I can't even watch a live channel without issues. 
Skys suggestion? Upgrade to fibre at extra cost! 
any ideas how to solve this issue without spending more? 
it's been awful since upgrading to Sky Glass and pucks.

What speed are you getting at your device ? Check this by opening the native Netflix app scroll down to get help and run the network check. You will need at least 30-35mbs to run optimally
