Has anybody got the same problem with the 5 app not opening.tried all the usual fixes

Yes I have had this ongoing issue now for the last couple of months. 
I just get the spinning wheel when trying to access anything on CH5. 

Tried all the usual fixes and still not resolved. 

I reported it on this forum at the time but had no feedback from Sky. 
If you keep us updated as to any progress made it would much appreciated.
