Change account holder for sky glass

I need to cancel the sky glass I have under my ex parents name and re start in my name but I can't seem to find out how to re start in without buying a tv again. As it not reinstated an account I'm at a loss. I with they would let you change the account holders name instead of the rigmarole that's honestly is making me question even keeping sky at all. Can anyone help with how I can do this?

@I.mullen  You're ex would have to cancel their account and de register the tv first 

you can't do anything beforehand as your not the current account holder 

your ex is also still responsible for repayments if brought on finance

I am able to cancel as i am marked as a contact with control however it seems impossible to start a new contract for sky glass without a tv added. I refuse to call them to spend hours speaking to a teenager who doesn't know what im trying to say, it teally shouldnt be so difficult to start fresh. Its easier to just keep in my ex's name until i want to cancel completely. 

i was hoping someone would know an online way to start a new glass contract without the tv, the issue isnt canceling the current one so much.

@I.mullen Being a nominated contact allows you to do most things,  but it doesn't allow you to cancel that's solely down to the account holder

@I.mullen  Sky won't allow two active accounts at the same address hence why the first one needs to be completely cancelled before you can register yourself on a different account at the same address

Is the TV subject to a loan agreement with payments outstanding?
