Unfortunately you ae not contactig SKy customer servces here - we are primarily just other customers

 

You will need to call SKY if you have any queries

 

If you have the MY SKY app I think you may be able to find a number there - especially if you are a SKY VIP member
If not go this page & scroll to the bottom and expand the link need more help & scroll down

If the delivery is proceeding, you should receive tracking information from both Sky and the courier company.  It's not unknown for the order to fail though, either during the credit check stage or because the loan agreement signing process didn't complete.
