Sky glass remote

Sky glass remote not working correctly. This has being my 3rd remote in the space of 4 months. Totally unacceptable now. We try all the trebleshooting options and then get a replacement remote. Enough is enough now. I have elderly parents and severely autistic people in my house. This isn't fair when I pay 140 pound a month on a service I'm not getting. Resolve problem or cancel my contract. This is a joke

@JJ038 this is the Sky Community forum of other sky customers, so unfortunatly no one on here is going to be able to resolve the issue for you.

 

As you have gone through 3 remotes already, I'd suggest raising an officiant complaint with Sky via the process documented here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint

As above - having a rant on here is like screaming into a pillow. Call Sky.
