Can’t watch tv guide

My tv won't allow me to watch anything on the tv guide, I have reset and turned everything off and it still won't work.

Do you have Sky Q, Glass or Stream and what is happening when you select something to watch ?

I have sky glass, my WiFi is working but it did cut out. I managed to reconnect it but the screen is just going blue when I click something
