I have sky Glass 65". However, I'm devastated!! The picture is really poor after having a half decent Samsung. I can't watch any live tv as it always pauses, no picture etc so have had to buy an AMAZON FIRESTICK. The picture blurs around the edges. I'm just so angry at the money I'm wasting on something that I could buy from ASDA for £350. I have now contacted citizens advice who have made me aware that the tv can be returned due to the fact it has never worked since taking up the agreement. So as soon as SKY arrange collection they can have it back as it is wrapped up in my garage.

Within the first month*, yes, as long as you notify Sky you are rejecting the product. Outside that time period, negotiation with the supplier under consumer protection legislation is required.
*14 days by law, but Sky doubles this.
So as soon as SKY arrange collection they can have it back as it is wrapped up in my garage.
They will only do so under one of the above pathways.
