Discussion topic: Sky glass not working

Hello. I have a sky glass tv and the last few days it's been playing up. If you turn the telly off it won't come on at all, I have to hard reset it to come on. I've turned it on today and it's just a black screen with white 'sky' on it. I've tried resetting it again but it won't go past the above screen. Is there anything else I can try or should I just phone support?

Hi @dannye85

Try unplugging it for 10 minutes and see if it comes to life. Filing that you will need to follow the advice in this support article. Namely the recovery process.
