Hi
I'm guessing I'm going to have to call ( something I hate doing, already tried to purchase through online messaging, but was told I need to call for Sky Glass) anyway, I decided to go with the online offer, I get right to the end ( having passed the credit agreement) just have to pay the £10, I put in debit card details, the page refreshes and goes back to the begining, incredibly frustrating!
Has anyone else had this problem? It's as iof the gods are telling me not to switch to Glass.

@TerryCox from what I've been reading about Sky Glass, it's an overpriced and very average TV. You'd be better off using the money and buying a good quality OLED or QLED TV and subscribing to Sky Stream. We have a 55" Samsung QLED that cost around £850 and the picture quality is outstanding and it works perfectly with Sky Stream.

It does sound like a message. I work on the three signs rule, if it's meant to happen, you'll get 3 clear signs.. likewise if it's not meant to happen. . That's how I got my TV, bike, watch and PS5. I use it for all my non essential purchases that are Wants and not Needs... It also gives you time to think about it and not make rash decisions

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Nigelb1972 Not a bad philosophy for purchasing non essentials. I only moved to Glass as I lost access to a satellite dish when I moved and at that time there was no option to just have the puck.
Generally speaking I am happy with the streaming platform but the TV gets sworn at from time to time. If a Puck on its own had been that is the route I would have taken. Also, if I still had access to a satellite dish I would still be with Sky Q.
