Can’t create Netflix account

My Sky Glass won't allow me to create my free Netflix account, it says I need to contact Sky. I've tried the virtual assistant and checking forums but can't figure out what to do. I also can't find a contact to get in touch with Sky directly.

 

Can anyone help please?

If that doesn't help HERE is another link to try but when you get to the end of the help flow if you are still having difficulties click on the button "No, I still need help" then select  "I prefer to get in touch" click the tick box and lastly select "Get in touch".  After all this rigmarole you will be presented with a phone number to use to call customer services.

 

To get past the chatbots just stay silent and you will eventually be put through to a human.
