I keep getting error 1018 when trying to access sky shop and 2018 when trying to access discovery plus. Apparently it's a known issue but I haven't been able to get a resolution or workable work around. I was told the workaround for the discovery error was activating it on Sky shop but not helpful as can't access that either! Can anyone assist? It's a Sky Glass air TV. Thanks.
