I've just had my tv delivered and I can't turn the voice control off. I've gone it to settings and clicked off but it remains on and I can't even deal with the sound of it so currently not using my tv

voice control shouldn't be making any sound ? It should only activate when you say "hello sky" then issue a relevant command

Pull the plug out of the socket for 30 seconds and then switch it on again and if it is still on try turning off again. If that doesn't work you will need to contact Sky directly @Leighanonchloee
