Hi, I had my tv delivered last week I have only just opened the box and my tv is broken

That's why Sky prefers the couriers to unbox the set and assemble it onto the stand.
In the absence of that having happened you'll need to call Sky and insist that it's delivery damage and you'll need a replacement.
