Box still in cardboard packaging. Multiple attempts to install the outside part. Our corner house has a reel of cable hanging from one rafter for 3 months. Spyro I think. Want my money refunded

@Ell7 so you have a box not a Glass TV?
What sort of box do you have?
What was being installed outside?
Who was installing it outside?
You will have to contact Sky to request a refund🤔

Also you have posted this in the Sky Glass forum, but it sounds like you don't have Sky Glass.
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Sky Glass does not come with an installation service nor does it have an "outside part" whaever that meas as that could cover a multitude of things.
Is this for Sky broadband? Sky Q? Without the correct info we really can't help/advise.
