All the BBC regional channels are available from channel 950 onwards, so you can always switch over to that BBC region variant.
I believe its meant to work based on your postcode, so if your old address is still the address associated with your Sky account somewhere in the system that may be why you are seeing the wrong region. Its also possible that the Sky Glass doesn't pick up the update in address and BBC region unless you reset it. Its quite easy to reset a Sky Glass but it wipes all your WIFI config and app logins, and can break your account link, so i'd avoid doing this unless Sky advise you to do this as the fix. Its probably worth phoning Sky and asking them if the reset would fix the region issue,
