Just got Sky cinema And Paramount + and I wanna share it with me Fire Stick upstairs so how do I do that

Have you linked your paramount plus with your Sky account?

oncw you have done that you just need to login to the paramount plus app on any device using your Paramount plus login details for the account you linked to your Sky account.

So you just need to login using your paramount plus creds to the paramount plus app on your fire stick.

When you link you Sky account with paramount plus you have to create a parameter plus account if you don't already have one.

 
It sounds to me like you haven't linked your Sky account with paramount plus.

It's linked to me, streaming TV, it's on the all I need is the password the username I didn't create one

You had to create one as in order for it to link you have to log in to a paramount plus account.

Firstly you aren't talking to Sky customer services we are all customers on this public forum trying to help each other out with advice.

Secondly no one from Sky would be able to tell you the password for your Paramount Plus account as they are two separate companies and Sky can't manage or access your paramount plus account. 

if you don't know what your paramount plus password is you will need to go the website and follow the steps to reset your password.
