Appalling service

Anyone else had the same appalling service through Sky? 
My Sky Glass TV is fault with black lines running across the screen. They have claimed it must be a connection/wifi issue. It is clearly not as you can see the lines when the screen is off. 
They continue to instruct troubleshooting and refusing to send an engineer or replace the TV, so frustrating

There are no 'engineers' for Glass or Stream.

 

I'd suggest you politely but firmly insist on a hardware swap-out.

Take some photos and email customer complaints explaining what the issue is, Sky will respond to that and it's best to have it in writing.

i moved home, couldn't put a dish on my new house. Switched to Stream, oh my days, I have never experienced such bad customer service!!

o made complaint after complaint after complaint, after 6 weeks, we think we have finally got it sorted.

all customer service assistants told us something different.

Now after 10 days, we wish to remove Sky Cinema,  another fight coming our way

You can simply cancel Sky Cinema on the My Sky app....... unless you've entered into a 24 month contract of course, which will certainly be an issue.
