I decided to log in to and try all the apps on Sky Glass.
Paramount Plus, Spotify and Discover Plus are all included in the subscription so I assumed Amazon would be. However it appears that you have to sign up and pay for Amazon.
Does anyone know if it should be included

No, Amazon requires a Prime subscription.

Paramount + is included for Sky Cinema subscribers only.
Discovery + Netflix Basic are included with the base package.
Spotify premium isn't included with any sky package and isn't available through sky as an add on extra
