HDR not resetting to hd

Hi All

having a problem with the pucks as in when I watch something in UHD HDR & then turn back to a HD channel it's like the puck stays in HDR mode wich gives the picture a very false look mostly the skin tones are very red. It's very noticeable on Sky news or Sky sports news. The only way to get picture quality back is to turn the puck off or even having to reboot the puck. Has anyone els noticed this?

@Elvis the menu interface does stay in HDR but once you start playing a HD streeam your TV should switch back to HD mode which my LGC9 does. Can you post your TVs make and model number so we can draw Sky's attention tomthe issue.

As @Chrisee says it should automatically revert back to hd my lg does
