I have an issue where after the sky glass update I am no longer able to access my discovery+ account keeps coming up with a vendor list and I have to allow all I'm clicking on allow all and I've just got a spinning circle in the middle of the screen, it's been like this for 35 minutes now

Hi All, since all the issues yesterday (19.9.24) with Glass and Stream, I've managed to get the Glass back up and running and been re-signing into the various apps.
However, I can't get into Discovery Plus. It wants me to accept privacy conditions before logging in, but will not proceed beyond this point. I've tried restarting multiple times but keep finding the same error.
Signed in on a firestick upstairs with no issue, and no privacy terms to accept, curiously.
Is anyone else experiencing this?

Hi, I'm having this issue but I have no idea what whitelisting is or how to fix it. I have limited understanding of logging into my router. Can anyone help please? It's driving me insane. My Glass decided to brick itself, so I had to do a full reset and now Discovery+ is just stuck on the privacy screen. It's working fine on my phone on the same WiFi 😑.

I'm the same, gave up in the end. Getting fed up with the reliability at the moment, had over 12 hours last night with the total streaming outage. Did a reset this morning and all seemed to be ok u til I got the same discovery problem as you, only just got it up and running after 6 months of problems. Now after being on for about an hour it keeping having trouble loading programs and have switch off, getting sick of it now.

I'm having a sign in issue as well keeps coming up with this screen and when I accept it just does not go anywhere and it's been now doing this for 35 minutes

Hi yes I am experiencing the same thing it won't let me sign in then has a terms thing on I click agree and it's just loading I've left it for ages but it won't work 🙃

I also have this issue
I posted a thread about this yesterday
After Sky Glass recovery mode installed build version QS030.527.OOP
When you lauch discovery + app you get We Care About Your Privacy message loads and gets stuck loading and clicking accept is not working
This issue is only affecting Sky Glass and due this we can't do a login to Discovery + on Sky Glass
Note you don't get this issue with Discovery+ on Sky Stream Puck as you can log in as normal.
As I can't get to enter login details for discovery + on Sky Glass I also can't do playback of any discovery+ content that's in my playlist on Sky Glass
Sky needs to fix the discovery+ app on Sky Glass or provide a new Sky glass build version that fixes the issue

I have contacted Discovery
They are aware about this issue with Discovery+ App on Sky Glass and are working with Sky to provide a Fix
They told me they will contact me when Fix has be done

Thanks for the response. I didn't realise there were nationwide Sky Glass issues yesterday. It's sorted itself out now. I do think that Sky should communicate via text or email to let people know if there is an outage. I've just paid my Glass off and then I was gutted thinking it had bricked itself and I was stuck with (more of) a useless lump!
