Re: ALLM causing lag spikes/screen jumps every 5 seconds
This really needs some comment from sky. They have replicated the issue but have not given us any further info at all. We don't even know if they are working on it.

Re: ALLM causing lag spikes/screen jumps every 5 seconds
I know this sounds bad for the new glass 2 customers but I'm kinda glad it's happening to the new model.
Kinda bad for advertising if people want to read reviews before purchasing meaning surely sky will have to sort this at some point now.
The problem for me is I don't use the glass for the xbox anymore so it does not affect me anymore.
When using my racing sim setup on the glass the stutter was unbearable, being half way into a corner on the F1 2024 game and the screen stuttering every few seconds was really a game breaker.
I purchased a 32 inch gaming monitor and made myself a setup up in our spare Bedroom which if I'm honest wish I had done a long time ago as the extra frame rate and picture quality is a massive plus now so I'm happy 😊

Update on the this. As suggested by Sky CS and in here unplugging the TV and plugging back in after you have started your game resolves the issue temporarily. However, I found that if you restart the TV from the system menu then this has the same effect. A lot safer than unplugging in my opinion.

Re: ALLM causing lag spikes/screen jumps every 5 seconds
Hi just checking if there's any update on the stuttering problem? I've connect my my Xbox One X console and having the same problem. Also I noticed that the tv doesn't show that Dolby vision is working when playing a game that supports it. I'm going to have to get rid of the sky glass if they don't sort out the stuttering issue soon.

Re: ALLM causing lag spikes/screen jumps every 5 seconds
Hi all,
Not sure if it's just me, but the issue finally seems to be fixed.
Tried across numerous games, flicking in and out of different apps on the TV and it seems to be behaving.
Anyone else noticed?

Re: ALLM causing lag spikes/screen jumps every 5 seconds
Hey @DShib I decided about a week ago to just stop turning the TV off & just play as is. Now you mention it though i don't feel like it was as bad, at the very least, but yeah potentially fixed I just stopped caring to check n thought I'd just gotten used to it. I'll deffo check 2moro morning when I get up though & holla 👍
Thanks

The communication could've been better. Even so much as a "it's in the process of being fixed" to give us an idea that a fix is in the pipeline.
Nevertheless, it's sorted. Hopefully we don't go backwards now.

Re: ALLM causing lag spikes/screen jumps every 5 seconds
I think that maybe it being on glass 2 helped, maybe they where gonna leave it if 2 was ok, or maybe they were busy fine tuning 2 & this fix was next up, idk, just glad it's fixed.
