Sky glass sound very flat

Hi, does anybody know why my sky glass tv's sound is very flat? As in no bass at all? Ive tried all the usual: reboot etc etc but no difference....??

Have you checked the  sound settings

Hi, thanks for replying, yes we've adjusted the sound settings but nothing makes a difference.

If you are still in the warranty then  call sky and ask about a replacement

@Clairea0281 assuming you're new to Sky Glass, do you have a Gen2 or a Glass AIr?

Its Gen 1 but its sorted now. It's under warranty luckily so Sky are organising an engineer with a view to replacing it
