My father passed away recently.
He has a Sky Glass tv which is at our house now.
Our own Glass tv works perfectly well but we can't get the system to work fully on my father's tv.
Can anyone help us with this please.

Do you whole home subscription, and have you informed sky that you now have your fathers tv now, you need a whole home subscription and to activate the tv on your sky account for it to work at your home

Hi,
Been in touch with Sky and they have sent me a new Sky Puck thing.
Do I have to connect the Sky Puck to my own tv for it to work ?
Rich.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThat's not going to get your second Glass working on its own. I wonder why they did that. Yes, you would need to connect the Puck to your own tv, though presumably you could connect it to your Glass (though that's a long-winded way,of going about it).

Tried connecting it to my fathers and nothing has happened. It says hold buttons 1 & 3 down together for 3 seconds on the new controller and follow instructions.
Nothing comes up on his screen.
I'll go try it in mine in a few minutes.
Rich.

Connected the Sky Puck to my original Glass tv hoping it would give us full accessibility on my fathers but nothing has changed.
My tv found the Puck ok.
So confusing!
