2 sky glass's on contract

Hi there,

I currently have a sky glass TV on contract, as a present I'd like to give another sky glass TV to my parents that's at the same address but every time I try to order a new one I get sent to my own sky glass TV page on the sky app.

Can I not have two sky glass TVs under one account while on contract?

Hi @Haz227

You can have up to 3 TVs and 6 pucks on the same account: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/your-devices-sky-glass#:~:text=On%20your%20account%2C%20you%20can,....

You will need the whole home subscription for this to work. However you cannot arrange this online and will need to call Sky customer services.
