Ensure that you follow all steps in this support article: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/setting-up-sky-glass-checking-your-status

 

If you have tried all the steps and it hasn't resolved your issue you will need to call Sky for further support or a swap of your device.

 

We are fellow subscribers here on the forum, not Sky customer service.
