Utsav Plus Missing subtitles

Hi. Anyone know how to report missing subtitles. I've noticed that this is becoming a regular occurance on Channel 705 from 7:30pm. The subs are missing for the best part of 30 minutes, which is extremely frustrating. How do I report this?
