Dear customer service, first of all I want to say Thank you and much appreciated for sky sports finally put English subtitles on live or video sports and for many years I watched sky sports without understanding the speech conversation and not only for me but whole deaf world now are happy to enjoy watching with subtitles. I did complained a few months ago about no subtitles and much appreciated so quickly you did listen to me and Thank you sky sports
