You should probably stop shilling and making excuses for one of the biggest companies in the world then. It doesn't come across very well for you.
Are we supposed to feel bad for sky for not providing subtitles? Boo hoo.

I was just trying to save you wasting time reporting every programmes that does not have subtitles because they already know that a lot of programmes don't have them
I see you're just here to start an argument so I'll just let you waste your time, I'm not happy with your attitude and accusations!

You've posted in this thread before so you must have seen @DaveAccess request to let him know which programmes were missing subtitles? That's all I was doing.
Why do you feel the need to defend one of the richest companies in the world? Do you think it is accepting that audio impaired people are unable to enjoy the full content on sky? Do you think sky is doing the best it can to provide the full audio and visually experience that it can to its paying customers?

No where have I said the lack of subtitles is OK and how is informing you that OFCOM is the best place to complain defending Sky
I am not defending Sky, try re-reading my post. All I have done is told you the facts of how things are and you have twisted my information in such a way at to use it to attack me for no valid reason, the term "shoot the messanger" springs to mind 😞

So what is it you are trying to achieve? Do you not think sky has a responsibility to their paying customers that all disabilities are served?

Perhaps the thread needs to be locked by a Moderator as there is nothing to be gained by the direction this thread has gone to.
You have your views, I & other customers have theirs. Lets leave it there.

The only problem here is that someone decided to come trolling on this thread because they feel entitled for spending far too much time on Sky forums.
With regards to have no control over, yes thank you, my hearing has been **bleep**e since the day I was born, should I profusely apologize that not having subs is a big deal for me and some other people while completely irrelevant for most? Perhaps you normal hearing people will just leave the thread well enough alone, m'kay?

Hi all,
sounds like you've all made your point across, also addressed by the Accessibility Managers, and arguing with each other doesn't really help anybody.

Wee updates on the subtitles issues that you raised in this thread.
Billions: The team have looked at this based off your feedback, and taken steps to fix any issues with those episodes.
9/11 One Day in America: This show was broadcast on the channel NatGeo, and so is beyond Sky's control. We can of course feed this back to them, but ultimately it remains their decision which shows they provide subtitles for.
