I have a lengthy email that I have already written. I cannot send this to Sky via any email that I know of. This is very very annoying as I have already spent a great deal of time getting nowhere on the telephone. Are sky so bad that they do not wish customers to be able to contact them? They should be ashamed by the appalling customer service

@WheelchairSteve . Totaly agree with you. Sky seems to promote it's call cetre "service" against all other routes but with this you are in the hands of an individual's personal abilities! A while back I needed to contact Sky about a broadband issue and composed a lengthy email with needed explanatory
screen shots (these don't work on a phone line!) but then I discovered the lack of a Sky recipient email address - not very good in this day and age = convenience and corporative evasiveness.
Solution (as with other organisations) Google (in this case) Sky CEO Email which returns eg the name of the CEO and his email address - the moderators do not allow me to help you by naming him and his email address.

I added a courtesy note to pass on to an appropriate staff member which he did and I then received excellent service from the "upper tier team".
