Trying to watch The Teacher in recordings but no subtitles. Channel 5 say the show comes with subtitles, and if I look at the tv schedule it appears to, but in streaming they are not there. Went through upgrading Sky Q software etc but it didn't help. Anyone else have this problem?
I have been back and forwards between Sky and Channel 5 about the subtitle issue and they don't seem interested in fixing the problem. The shows I want to watch have subtitles which are there if I record from the Channel guide. Subtitles are not available on demand though. Same with Alibi. This needs to be fixed unless Sky is content in discriminating against a large number of customers who are paying the same fees as everyone else.
