Hi, I'm trying to watch True Detective on Sky Atlantic. There's an 'S' next to the programme to show that substitutes should be available however when I go to switch subtitles on it's saying 'subtitles not available'. They've showing on Sky Go but don't really want to watch it on my phone! Any ideas? Thanks

I have stopped watching UHD on sky for this reason but even on HD this programmes sub titles aren't active... gave up trying!!!

Watching it from my playlist and still no subtitles! Sky need to sort it out!!!!!

This is driving me insane. I literally cannot watch TV if I can't have subtitles and it shows the S but nothing? What am I paying for then? Discriminatory

I've just been in contact on Twitter/X. I explained everything and they've updated it and after completely deleting all episodes (delete forever in manage recordings) and then re downloading the subtitles are now there for me. Worth a try for you
