Sky

I have not had Sky working for about 6 hours . I stay in Lochgelly,  Scotland and am 68 years old and need assistance to aid me with getting Sky back on . I have rebooted the system several times and still not getting anything

@Tu1 you haven't said which Sky service.

 

Broadband? Landline? TV? If it's TV, is that Sky+? Sky Q? Sky Stream? Or Glass?
