Sky Accessibility Chat option

As I can't use the phone my  only real means of contact with Sky is via the Chat option.

 

Sadly this seems to b e permanently unavailable, is there anyone on here who can tell us why and more importantly is it going to return?

 

I'm after a replacement Accessibility remote as the one I have no longer responds on several of the button controls.

Hi, 

Sorry I've not updated this but I did manage to eventually get connected to the Chat nad have now received a new remote.

Thanks for your reply  I wasn't really expecting a Sky rep to answer it was more of a moan.

 

I've been checking 2 or 3 times a day for a week or two and it's not been available.

I am in a similar situation with attempting to getting the chat option. You might have better luck if you try the Help via messenger on Sky's Help Facebook page. Good luck!
