Prime subtitles

Could someone rell me why Prime make it so difficult to access subtitles. People accessing subtitles are likely those who need help the most, every our elderley friends stay turning on and off subtitles seems to cost us disproportionate amounts of time and seems to be different since the last time we did it. Come on Sky and Amazon, MAKE IT EASY.

@Zak+Anthus  You need to ask Amazon Prime, Sky have no control over what prime does, they only host their app on their devices, nothing more.    

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
