No subtitles on sky programes sky glass

When when sky programmes ch5 or uktv added to playlists have no subtitles but on live programmes they do this needs to be supported

Sorry to hear you're having an issue with subtitles. Can I get some more specific information on this please? Is it just Channel 5 and UKTV, or also Sky's own channels? Do you have examples of any particular shows?

@DaveAccess  just tested it now ch5 Jeremy vine live has subtitles watch from start doesn't I added the teacher also ch5 no subtitles I use other device check on there has subtitles no issues I also added the rookie sky programme series 4 episode 1 has no subtitles all uktv is hit and miss this is not supporting the hard of hearing I rely on these very much
