your = your hat or anything belonging to you.

you're = abbreviation of you are. You're going on holiday or you're wrong.

I totally agree.Sky are completely 'deaf' to this complaint.

Absolutely infuriating!

No explanation ever given despite my complaining for the last 12 months.

I am seriously considering reverting to Freeview over this ignorant stance that Sky have adopted.
