I am registered with sky accessibility as I cannot use the phone, but sky still keep trying to call me. Does anyone know how do I actually message them to see what's going on?

Please note you may need to wait a few seconds for the contact option to appear.

Thank you for the reply, but this page only has the option to call, use a webcam, or install the text relay app. No option to message them, unless I'm missing something?

For anyone reading who has the same issue, strangely samsung browser doesn't show that option, but does the other 3, so you would never know its there.
I tried it on chrome browser and yes the 4th option appeared.
It was just marketing nonsense, turns out that they don't think to opt you out of sales phone calls when you register for accessibility, you still have to opt out yourself.
