Helping elderly neighbour join Sky.

I live in a housing association complex. One of my neighbours is elderly (92) and very hard of hearing. He loves sports, especially football and cricket.  He wants to switch from EE to Sky. I have been trying to get him onto Sky, however we are having problems. I have tried online. I get as far as when they ask for his current supplier, whi ch I know is EE but he doesn't remember his account number. The final page tells us they can't find his account. I have also phoned and sorry to say no luck. As he is hard of hearing he is unable to hear them when he is asked for his consent to allow me to contnue for him. It is getting very frustrating. Is there any way I can get him joined to Sky?

Would suggest it might be worth your neighbour registers with Sky as an acccessibility customer.

It may first help get them joined to Sky with the current issues, but also help with any other questions in the future.
