We're revamping our Sky Community email notifications and I thought it would be nice to get you involved as one of the main aspect we're targeting with the revamp is making our notifications as accessible as possible to everyone.
So, I'm now starting this dedicated discussion thread in collaboration with @DaveAccess hoping to collect feedback throughout the project and come up with brand new forum notifications that are not only informative, but also engaging and inclusive to all.

but some come through like this which makes them for me unreadable
Now they look fine and readable posting them here. But in an email on a phone or iPad not so much.

Is it because of the font size or the text boxes around it? The more detail, the better.
