@Rosie+Woodall  Those channels are CBS Reality+1 & Quest Red+1, they are not Sky channels so Sky would not be able to fix the subtitles issue  it would be the channels themselves.  https://www.cbsreality.tv/uk/contact.php

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
