Hi everyone,
I was given an email for accessible custome services via chat for vunerable customers and it does not work. I need to contact them asap as apart from writing to them, I have no other means of contact.
Does anyone know the correct email address please?

You can use the below link to access their contact info. there is a chat facility there which is now currently open. The team is not open on a Sunday which may be why the chat link did not work.

The chat link worked when i used it. They gave me an email address which did not work, that was the issue.
I will just write and cancel my subscription. If I cannot contact anyone via email, SKY is of no use to me when I have an issue. Only been with them since January.

In the UK it should include a Message Us option between 0900-1930.
Be aware you probably won’t be able to cancel your TV contract if you are still in a minimum term deal and outside the cooling off period.
If cancelling involves returning any loaned equipment keep your proof of posting safe.

I have tried the messging option and have been in a queue for almost half an hour.
I have just received a letter - I assume all SKY customers have, of the increase. This allows me to cancel my contract within one month of receiving this letter if I do not want to pay the increase. So as well as my dissatisfaction, this allows me to cancel my contract early.
