Have you been treated without consideration & care because you happen to be disabled by Sky Customer Services?

@Jas-66  If you wish to complain you need to raise a fiormal complaint via the correct  routes.  https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint

 

 

As per @Mark39  you do need to be specific about how you were treated.

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Ordered sky april 30th april installation never arrived went to wrong address

1st may next date cancelled

5th may arrived broke cable under house. No phone no tv no internet and cannot charge my car it needs to be connected to internet. Been without everything from tuesday. Call centre appalling. Told them i am disabled and car is how i get about

@Agnes52 what did you order? What cable under the house was damaged? How on earth did that happen?
