Customer Support

I am trying so hard to get hold of a person to talk to and not a robot.  I need help with my bill and keep getting messages from you.  I have tried phone, but have got absolutely nowhere.  I am a very hard of hearing and my wife is disaled and between us we are getting more and more anxious.

Please help.

Have you registered with the Sky Accessibility Team? You will get various extra avenues to contact Sky
