Contacting Sky as a non-speaking customer

Whilst I can email Sky accessibility - sometimes I need a faster method of communicating !!!

 

"Message Us" on https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-vip-contact-us#get-in-touch appears to have been forgotten - it shows "Sorry, Sky Messenger is currently unavailable.now," constantly

Why and when will this be fixed ?

TEXMEE app is a joke - it fails me every time

and TEXT RELAY is a pain to use
