I recall from my discussion with our MP, captions is mandatory or at least is expected to. I bought James Bond film and only after, I saw there is no captions. I contacted sky store few times and they said I had to check it before ordering. Very disappointing.
I saw that few suggested to open complain, I already did. I will ask my MP again why it is not forced.
