Can’t contact sky,

Hello there,

I am registered with sky accessibility as  a lady called Shannon had helped me set up, but since then I can't contact them at all. and I use the text relay service and I got put through to some one in India handling the sky call, he hadn't heard of text relay and the poor lady trying to help was getting no where, so the man contacted his sky supervisor and told me to contact through the accessibility page, now my two options are back in text relay and back to India again, or the message us now, which i tried and tried and tried it says and I quote (try going back a page or logging in) I am logged in and I have gone back a page and I am getting no where,  

I have tried every sky page in the website for, adding/upgrading through to checking my account, I get the network error message "it's not you it's us, please contact us” which it is impossible to do, I have spent many days now just trying to get help, but to no avail. 
how are you supposed to be a customer and get access to help when thier own website is blocking me at every single turn.

Go to the bottom and wait for the options to load, at the very bottom with be the text replay.

Hello there, 

that's the thing that's not showing up properly, I was right down at the bottom, which is one of the reasons I came in to try and get some help, thankyou for helping me, do you have any other suggestions please.

It's displayed OK for me, but the page does take quite a while to load fully. If it helps, the Text Relay bit on that help page contains a link to BT's website. Here's the direct link you can use, even if Sky's help page doesn't display fully for you: https://www.relayuk.bt.com/
