Anyone else had difficulty using Relay Uk for the deaf and hearing impaired community? I submitted a couple of forms to Sky to test my landline however I got no response back from Sky. It took intervention from BT to notify Sky of the problem. Its all been sorted now but just disappointed Sky never got back to me about the problem I had.
