I just want to speak to a real person online!!

I am very hard of hearing and cannot follow speech over the phone. I want to speak to someone about my account as it is now prohibitively expensive and that is not covered by the online 'Help' pages. I have tried the virtual assistant but its not answering the actual question. I've looked at all the Contact pages but just directs me to the written pages or a phone number which is no good for me. I keep seeing about registering if you have a disability but that doesn't take me to the actual page to register just one that says you need to be registered!! Then it disappears and I can't get back to it. I have spent several hours on several days over the last few weeks going around in circles and I'm sure pages are different every time!!

Please can't we make this easier to speak to someone online??

If you are register with Sky Accessibility then during office hours (and perhaps out of them) there are some additional ways to get in contact with Sky:

If you go to the bottom of that page and wait 5-10 seconds then these options should load up for you,

You may need to give it several seconds for the page to fully load.

Thanks for that. Will have to try tomorrow as the Chat closes at 5pm! If only my hearing came back at that time every day!

Not much to ask is it!!! The whole thing of contacting sky is like chasing your tail.

If you have a hearing impairment as well, it may be worth you registering with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help now or in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team
